Your account, your responsibility
When you use FlexFlow, you take on a set of responsibilities that keep the service fair and safe for everyone in the UK fitness community.
By agreeing to these terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
When you create an account or place an order for items such as a foam roller, massage balls, or resistance bands, you agree to provide accurate and current information. This includes your name, billing address, delivery address, and contact details so we can dispatch your order from our Liverpool facility without delay.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact us promptly at [email protected] so we can help protect your account and review any recent orders.
We strive to display the colors and images of our products, such as yoga mats and rollers, as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
Product descriptions for our stretching equipment and mobility tools are provided for general information and guidance. Dimensions, materials, and suggested uses for items like a peanut massage ball or knee support sleeve may vary slightly from the listed specifications due to manufacturing updates. If a product does not match its listing in a material way, you may contact us about a return or exchange under the terms set out in the Shipping and Returns section.
Availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed and dispatched. If an item you ordered is out of stock or cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and offer an alternative product or a full refund of the affected items.
Honest listings, fair expectations
We do our best to show every yoga mat, pilates mat, and back support cushion exactly as it arrives, but screen displays vary and small specification changes can occur between production runs.
Prices can change without notice
We keep our myofascial release tools and mobility equipment priced fairly for the UK market, but we reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
The price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay. If a pricing error appears on the website or in an order confirmation for an item such as a muscle massage roller or fitness bands, we reserve the right to cancel the order and offer you the option to repurchase at the correct price or receive a full refund.
Payment is processed at the point of order through our secure checkout. We do not store full card details on our servers. By placing an order you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the total amount shown, including any applicable shipping fees.
Our shipping and return policies are governed by UK consumer law. We aim to dispatch all orders promptly from our Liverpool facility. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of any FlexFlow equipment, you may be entitled to a return or exchange within the statutory period, provided the items are in their original, unused condition.
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as foam rollers, massage balls, and yoga mats must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Items that show signs of use may not be eligible for a return. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us at [email protected] and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and begin from the moment your order leaves our facility, not from the moment you place your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, or events outside our control, but we will do everything we can to help track your parcel.
Dispatched from Liverpool
Every order of knee braces for sports, back stretching gear, or gentle fitness equipment leaves our Riverside warehouse with tracking, and UK consumer law applies to every return.
Use our tools, know your limits
Our mobility tools for seniors, resistance bands, and lower back relief tools are built to support your routine, not replace professional guidance for existing conditions.
FlexFlow does not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no case shall FlexFlow, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct or indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products or the website, to the extent permitted by UK law.
Our products are intended for general fitness, stretching, and muscle recovery. If you have a pre-existing condition or are unsure whether a particular exercise or tool is suitable for you, consult a qualified professional before use. FlexFlow does not provide individual guidance on safe exercises for knees, lower back relief tools, or foam rolling exercises beyond the general instructions included with each product.
You use stretching equipment, joint mobility equipment, and all other items purchased from FlexFlow at your own discretion. We are not responsible for how you choose to incorporate a product into your body stretching routine or for the results you achieve from it.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under UK law, the remaining terms will continue to apply in full force. Our failure to enforce any term at any time does not waive our right to enforce it later.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, UK consumer law, or the way we sell myofascial release tools online. The date shown at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of FlexFlow after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Under UK law, resolved in England and Wales
